Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)

• Delivery Time: 5-10 business days
International Shipping

• Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
• Delivery Time: 10-15 business days
Processing Time
• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after receipt.
• Business Days: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Restrictions
P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
Shipping Delays

Missing or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or missing:

Resolution: Depending on the outcome, we may reship the order or issue a refund.
Grounds for Returns:
Damaged Products:
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the return and provide a full refund or replacement.
Incorrect Size:
If you have ordered the wrong size, we will accept a return and provide a full refund or exchange for the correct size.
Conditions for Returns:
The product must be returned in its original, resealable condition. This includes all packaging and any accessories that came with the product.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a full refund.
How to Return an Item:

Prepare Your Return:
Ensure the product is in its original, resealable condition, including all packaging and accessories.
Ship the Product:
We will provide you with a return shipping address. Please send the product back to us using a trackable shipping service to ensure it reaches us safely.
Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Important Notes:
Products returned in a non-resealable condition will not be eligible for a refund.
